The product´s return service may be made within 30 days after the date of purchase, provided that the item (s) meet the return conditions: unwashed, unused, original tags still attached, on the original packaging. 1. Koshkil products are made with the highest quality material, to protect them from climatic conditions, they are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship during the life of the product, which means the usual and habitual life of the product by part of the original owner.If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at our discretion.If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided.
This warranty does not cover the necessary repairs due to accidents, improper care, negligence or normal wear. This warranty is void if the inner labels of the garment are removed. For any damage not covered by the warranty.
What does “Product shelf life” mean?
The products covered by our warranty program are fully guaranteed, for the original owner, during the practical life of the product. This does not mean your life, although we have often heard stories about our products that have been used for more than thirty-forty years!
What is “normal wear”?
We manufacture all products to meet our highest standards, but no matter how carefully you use and care for your Koshkil product, nothing lasts forever. The garment worn every day in the harshest conditions will degrade faster than someone who only uses their product once or twice a year. Eventually, each product will begin to show signs of ageing and wear. It is possible that your product has simply reached its practical lifespan and it is time to be replaced, and we hope you continue to rely on Koshkil.
